VAT and customs handling

All prices on Chopar.no include VAT and customs, so there will be no additional charges on your purchase.

This means that there will be no costs other than what you see in your shopping cart - (this includes VAT and customs handling fees).

Delivery
All items are shipped from our head office in Denmark every Wednesday and will arrive by the end of the same week or the following Tuesday at the latest (only applies to stock items in the webshop).

The same day we ship to Norway, you will receive a copy of the invoice/receipt by email. In the afternoon you will receive a track & trace number so you can follow the shipment all the way home.

If you have not received your order within a week, please check the shipment number. If this does not provide a clear overview of your delivery, please contact your local post office or contact us.

Returns
When returning goods for an exchange, you are responsible for the full cost of the return shipping.
Contact us for information on how to handle the return. For maximum security for returns, we recommend that the item is sent as a package with a tracking number.

In the event of a refund to you, your name, account number and registration number must be provided. If you paid by card, we will transfer the amount back to the same account. Always enclose the receipt and invoice with the return.
