Read the guide and create unique suits for your team
We'll help you all the way from idea to finished suit.
Whether you choose to order a style as it is on the website, change the color or want to create a completely unique design, we'll make sure you get what you want. Read more about the ordering process in our 5 step guide below.
Step 1 - Research
Find your desired suit on the website.
You can choose the colors of our existing designs as we produce
the suit in exactly the sizes you need and the color you want for your
your team. See all our color cards here: Color chart.
If you can't find what you want, it's also possible to develop your own design in
collaboration with us. Get in touch with us and
describe your wishes and how many pieces you need, and we will help you
further in the process.
Step 2 - order sample kits
Order sample kits and color cards online or by email. Under each product you can click on the "order sample set" button
Our sample kits can easily queue up, so order in good time!
When you order sample kits, it can take up to 5 weeks before we are able to
to ship them to you.
We don't have sample sets for all models, so you will often be sent a sample suit
with the same basic measurements as the suit you want to order for your team.
The sample set should therefore be seen as a guide to finding the right
size.
Once you have submitted your sample kit request, you will receive
within a few days, an email with the final sample date.
We ship your sample kits to a GLS parcel shop within a few days.
days before you need to try on suits with your team.
Step 3 - Return of sample kits
You will receive a return label with your sample kit. This label
is placed on the outside of the box and simply handed in at the nearest GLS parcel shop.
There is a charge of DKK 100 for this and includes both rental and return shipping of
the sample set.
Step 4 - Approve order
When you have
have emailed your completed order form to your seller, you will receive
subsequently receive an order confirmation by email.
Check if the information below is correct on your order confirmation.
- Item number
- Order quantity
- Sizes
- Colors
- Shipping date
If we don't hear from you within 2 days, we consider the order accepted and
your order will be put into production.
Changes can no longer be made to your order.
Step 5 - delivery and invoicing
You will now receive your suits. Please check right away that
everything is as it should be and that you have received the right number and the right
sizes.
When CHOPAR ships your goods, you will receive an invoice by email, which must
paid within 8 days. The invoice is sent both to you and to your organization.
