At CHOPAR we believe in the power of movement. In the joy of feeling your body work - whether it's on the floor, in the gym or in everyday life. We were born in gymnastics and it will always be our DNA.
Today, we make clothes for gymnastics, rowing and active wear - and we design and sell to teams, clubs, schools and individuals.
We create clothes for those who live an active life - for those who dream big. For those who want balance in a busy life. Our gymnastics and active wear collections are designed to support you in movement - wherever you are.
For us, it's more than design and function. It's about creating companionship - being with you in the moment, where you dare to believe in yourself. Our clothes are made to empower you, lift you and give you a sense of freedom.
Gymnastics since 1989
CHOPAR as you know us today was founded in 1989 - and since then we have grown steadily. Today we have offices in both Denmark and Finland, and we pride ourselves on delivering clothes that make athletes and teams feel the combination of function and design - wherever they are.
Our head office is located in Ikast, where the entire CHOPAR engine room is gathered: design, development, customer service, warehouse and sales - all under one roof. Here, 18 passionate employees work closely together, which means it's never far from idea to reality. Our Helsinki office is home to our country managers for Finland and Sweden.
We are especially known for our strong position in gymnastics and cheerleading in Europe. But today we're even broader: we also design aesthetic and functional active wear for both teams and individuals - and we develop sportswear for rowing.
More than clothes
We believe that clothing can enhance performance, strengthen community and create a stronger identity. But more importantly, we believe in the power of movement. That's why we're passionate about helping to develop gymnastics and create more opportunities for movement - for everyone.
We are proud of our collaborations with unique concepts, dedicated teams and visionary federations that work every day to spread the joy of gymnastics and movement. Together we make a difference - not just for sport, but for people.
Team order vs Webshop?
We find that some people don't realize that we make clothes for associations, schools, teams .... and private individuals. We actually understand that.
Most people know us for our unique designs made in collaboration with customers. But we also have our webshop, where you can buy lots of great styles for your training or cool active wear for everyday life.
That's why we've now tried to make it even simpler on the website, so you can choose to see styles from the webshop and styles for Team order by selecting from the top menu on the site.
