The defect means that the double zipper on some bags may break on the right side, but this does not make the bag unusable. It still zips perfectly from left to right. The back and straps are padded, making the backpack comfortable to wear. The straps can also be adjusted to fit your back. At the front of the bag is a small waterproof pocket for your cell phone or other small items. On both sides of the bag there is a pocket for a water bottle and in the large compartment there is a computer sleeve.
